- Our pool’s open year-round, and it’s perfect for a dip when the weather’s warm—Spring, Summer, or Fall! But, fair warning: it's not heated, so don’t expect a steamy hot tub vibe. Splash at your own chill factor!
- We’re nestled in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood here in Austin, so let’s keep things low-key. Big parties and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited, but good vibes are always welcome! Quiet hours are 9pm to 9am and loud speakers / stereos are discouraged pool-side.
- Grill masters, listen up! For safety reasons, we don’t store propane on-site. If you’re feeling the BBQ spirit, just grab your own propane (it’s easy to find nearby) and get grilling! Grilling must only take place outside please.
- For the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as the protection of the property, we have security cameras monitoring the exterior and noise detection systems to ensure a peaceful environment. We appreciate your understanding!
