π The private Glenn Shores association beach is approximately a 10-minute walk from the home.
π΄ Both lower-level bedrooms feature air filtration and dehumidifier systems for added comfort, along with fans in every bedroom throughout the home.
βοΈ The main level is cooled by two powerful air conditioning units, while the lower-level bedrooms remain naturally cool year-round. Additional heaters are provided for cozy winter stays.
β οΈ Please note that the staircase to the lower level is steeper than average and may not be suitable for young children or guests with mobility concerns.
π₯ Firewood and propane are not provided but can be easily purchased locally if you'd like to enjoy the fire pit or grill during your stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! This home was the perfect getaway for us and our dog. The host was incredibly communicative and thoughtful, and the house was stocked with everything we could have needed. We especially appreciated the adorable dog bowls and treats waiting for our pup! The beach access was fantastic, the backyard was beautiful, and the location couldnβt have been better, with easy access to both South Haven and Saugatuck. Surrounded by great golf courses, wineries, and plenty to explore, it made for a relaxing and memorable trip. We canβt wait to come back!

Pictures are worth a thousand words, but I digress. Philβs place was absolutely beautiful, easily accessible, and was a great romantic getaway for my wife and I. Amenities galore and the vibe of the house was excellent!! The turnstile was a blast from the past!! Played alot of records, and danced the night away!!!

We had a wonderful stay and especially loved being so close to the beach with private access to Lake Michigan. Being able to easily walk down to the lake and spend time there with our dogs was the highlight of the trip. The location was peaceful, and we found ourselves spending most of our days enjoying the beach. The hot tub was also a nice amenity for the two of us and made for a relaxing way to end the day. It was unfortunately unusable for the first 24 hours of our stay due to maintenance, but once it was up and running, we enjoyed it. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing Lake Michigan getaway.

Phil was a wonderful communicator. Clear instructions for check-in and checkout. Neighborhood was lovely and quiet. Walk to the beach was nice. I think for a group of 4 itβd be the perfect house. For just a couple, probably more than Iβd want to spend again for what it is.

Where do I start....the location is stunning. It is surrounded by deer and nature. Phil was just so kind and quick responding to my questions. Everything was cozy and comfy. We wanted for nothing. South Haven is the cutest little town. If you are considering this trip, GO! We will definitely be returning, and I cannot imagine staying anywhere else.
