Guests may use hot tub, bikes and other amenities entirely at their own risk. Owners / management cannot be held responsible for misuse.
For safety, firewood and propane gas are not stored at the property. If guests wish to use the outdoor fire pit or grill, they must provide their own propane and fire wood (available locally).
The EV charger is 'Tesla' brand. It is compatible with non-Tesla cars although you must bring an adaptor for your particular vehicle.
If you're visiting during the off-season (after Labor Day and before Memorial Day), please note that the patio may be winterized. While the hot tub remains open and fully accessible year-round, the outdoor furniture is typically covered or stored in the garage to protect it from the elements. Guests are welcome to use any items they would like; they will need to be taken out of the garage.
