We’re Phil & Casey, the dynamic duo behind *The Boutique Home Group*. In 2018, we launched *Boutique Homes of Galena* with a simple vision: to offer a carefully curated collection of charming, cozy, and sometimes quirky properties perfect for every type of getaway. Since then, we've expanded our offerings across Illinois, Michigan, Arizona and as far as Texas. Whether you're craving a peaceful retreat or a luxurious escape, our vacation rentals are designed to surround you with comfort, style, and relaxation. Each home has been thoughtfully crafted with care, ensuring that your stay is nothing less than exceptional.

Are you pet friendly?
Yes! We love our furry friends and all of our homes are pet friendly for a small additional fee.
Do you offer vacation rental managment services?
Yes! We offer concierge style vacation rental managment solutions in Galena and select parts of Michigan. Ask us about our background and professional licenses!
What group sizes can you accommodate?
We offer homes for the single traveller all the way through to large groups of 14 people.
I don't see the perfect home for me. What should I do?
Reach out to us - we are adding new properties to our collection all the time!
Are early check-in's / late check out's available?
Yes, but subject to availability and a small additional hourly rate.
Are there any additional charges?
The price you see when booking is the price you'll pay including all taxes and fees. However, if you choose an 'add on' such as bringing a pet or pool heating, this will be a separate charge.
Are you qualified to manage my property for me?
Absolutely! Phil is a licensed real estate professional in IL & MI!

Our stay in this lovely home was wonderful, start to finish. The host Phil is very prompt with his communication; he answered every query within a short time and was always clear in his answers. The home itself is beautiful - its quiet location and spacious interior was ideal for our ladies' getaway. We are an elderly group so we appreciated everyone having our own bedroom and bath, but also the ability to gather for conversation and meals. Phil was also extremely helpful In providing information and suggestions on what to see in the area. We were thrilled to stay here and highly recommendation!

I had a phenomenal experience staying at the Lantern. It'll all started with Phil's top notch communication - he proactively reached out with instructions within 48 hrs before my arrival and then checked in on me within 24 hrs after my first night. This was a nice touch because I feel Phil truly cares about his guests. The Lantern was spotless, updated in terms of decor and modern furniture + appliances, making feel right at home. One perk I really appreciated was the amenities - the Lantern provided an abundance of pillows, blankets, towels, shampoo/body wash, and even tooth paste + a bath robe (which I almost never see!). This essentially elevated my experience to living in a really nice hotel with a homey & private vibe. The location was also a plus - Forest Park is very quiet and you're a 5 min walk away from downtown. Overall 6/5 star experience - would recommend to anyone visiting. Thank you Phil for a phenomenal experience!

The beautiful pink lady was so lovely inside and out. A lot of thought was put into the furniture and decor. A great cottage vibe with furnishings that were cozy and stylish. The location is perfect for traveling to Holland, South Haven andSaugatuck . Phil is an A+ Host. Very helpful and kind.
